Truckload Carriers Association and Fleet Owner have teamed up to produce a powerful new Webcast called The Multiplier Effect: Leveraging the Benefits of Going Green Inside and Outside Your Company. This special webcast is designed to give fleets a look at what some of the most innovative companies in North America are doing to dramatically improve fuel efficiency while creating a culture of sustainability that extends beyond their own organizations to shippers, supplier partners, customers and others.

The Webcast features a remarkable line-up of guest speakers, including Mark Zunti, fleet management director for Canadian National Railway’s nearly 4,600-truck fleet and head of maintenance for its intermodal operation; Wayne Scott, sr. director of transport maintenance for grocery giant, Loblaw; and Jason Mathers, project manager, corporate partnerships for Environmental Defense Fund, which actively supports fleet efforts to enhance fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.

Together, these speakers shared information, examples and practical suggestions on:

  • Innovative sustainability programs that go far beyond the obvious to deliver bottom line results
  • The expanding role of supply chain “anchor” companies in driving and supporting sustainability initiatives that deliver benefits to everyone
  • How today’s new fleet environmental stewardship executives are changing the competitive transportation landscape for everyone and what that means for your future
  • Creating collaborative sustainability programs both inside and outside your company
